The creation of Bishop’s involves only the freshest, purest ingredients available.

  • First we soak organic raw almonds or brazil nuts for 8 hours to sprout, alkalize and release their natural enzyme inhibitors.
  • Some of our key ingredients are Irish Moss, a mineral-rich plant from the Icelandic Ocean, pure Himalayan salt, and clear, unheated agave nectar, a low glycemic but delicious sweetener.
  • Whole Bourbon Vanilla beans are used to make a natural extract, and organic oranges are the source of the orange flavors. In the pistachio, organic spinach juice is added for color.  The mint nib flavor contains the superfood spirulina which carries 60% protein. (Animal flesh is only 20% protein.)
